Happy Living was founded by two young Portuguese people who share a passion for real estate and with the clear objective of providing the best rental experience to owners and tenants, creating relationships based on three fundamental pillars: Trust, Honesty and a high sense of ethics.
In our opinion, a good idea is one that makes people’s lives easier in some way! Ours was simple: Most landlords do not have access to the tools and resources (availability, technological knowledge, variety of languages, among others) necessary to effectively manage the rental process. Happy Living was created with the aim of responding to the needs of landlords and helping them when renting.

They understand the bureaucratic headaches often involved in renting, and their solution is to empower users by simplifying the experience. We are Pedro and João, two friends, who decided to create Happy Living in June 2022. With professional training and experience in the real estate area, we have worked with important companies in the sector, more specifically in the rental and local accommodation subsector.
